Client Relations & Service Manager
Susan maintains the position of Client Relations and Service Manager at Comprehensive Strategies and has been a dedicated member of our firm since 2001. Susan's strong visionary skills help create innovative company concepts and ideas that have enhanced our company image and client relationships. She strengthens our client bond with her superior servicing skills, her knowledge of the business and the genuine kindness she extends to all our clients.
As a team member, she is dedicated to strengthening the company brand and insignia, ‘The Sun Always Rises’---a framed picture which hangs in the halls of our office sending a message to our clients and guests of what our purpose is and what we hope to provide: Peace of Mind, Integrity, Competence, Wisdom and Financial Freedom. She is focused on marketing this message to those seeking financial planning advice and building a long and fruitful relationship with our Comprehensive Strategies Team.
Susan supports our on-going campaign to educate our clients through our Lifetime Series Events focused on a well-balanced life and preparing our clients for expected and unexpected life changes.

Susan has recently published a memoir entitled, "Twelfth Knight, A Mother's Story." It is the story of her eighteen-year-old son, Jeff Hayes and his two-year battle against a rare and deadly form of bone cancer. Beautifully told in her own words, Susan chronicles Jeff's life, her childhood experiences growing up in a large Boston family and the widespread acts of kindness Jeff and her family encountered, including the support of Jeff's favorite team, the Boston Bruins.
Susan is the mother of three sons and resides in the wonderful village of Sandwich, MA.
